Couple driving a convertible

Love working with Leadfoot Linda's! Wonderful customer service and fast turn around. Also love that they'll pick me up and drop me off while my car is in the shop!

Very impressed with the level of customer service and care, both towards my car and myself. I drive a BMW that requires LL Full Synthetic Oil, and they were the only shop in town that I herd could service German vehicles. Very competent and clear information communicated politely over the the phone, with a very timely shuttle service, completely free, to and from the shop while they performed an oil change. I also received a free diagnostics report via email with photos of my engine and their recommendations for future preventative maintenance. Very satisfied and will be back.

LFL is a consistent, clean, well-run, family business. I've used them repeatedly over the past 18 months and I've had no problems, which doesn't sound all that impressive until comparing this to the regular major issues I previously had with several of their competitors here in the Vail Valley. LFL seems to retain their good techs and train them well and I believe my positive experience is a testament to that approach. I'll continue to use them for all of my automotive needs.

I'd never take my car to anywhere else in the valley. These guys are the best, and they stand by their work. Could you find other places that charge a little less? Probably. But I'll take QUALITY work from an honest shop (and gladly pay a small premium for that service) any day over other places that don't tell the truth or don't back up their work. I know from experience. I took my car to another shop and the owner said I needed new brakes/rotors. I knew I didn't because Leadfoot said I had at least another year on them, if not more (which ended up being the case). So, how much is that honesty worth? A lot, in my book.

I've take some time in writing this review, because I knew I was going to give it a 5 star rating. I have a 2010 BMW 535xiT (T for touring or station wagon). Much to my chagrin BMW stopped importing 5series wagons so I hope to keep this one as long as I can. I had done business with Leadfoot Linda's in years past, but in the past year I began to use them for more serious work than oil changes.

Last year they replaced the auto tranny fluid per schedule and from my observation pushed all the right buttons. This put them on the path to gaining my trust.

This year I got a red warning light on the way back from Denver climbing Vail pass. I let the car cool down and carefully drive to Leadfoot's at about 4:30 PM. Kyle made time for me, put the car on the BMW computer and announced that the fault codes showed my electric water pump was failing (thanks BMW). Parts were ordered and installed.

Nobody says BMWs are cheap to maintain, but as long as I like the car and the cost is a fraction of annual depreciation of a new car - I think the economics make sense. Thanks Kyle

Quick and reliable service. 24-hour turn-around on a throttle body replacement. Successful diagnosis and it completely fixed the issue. Great communication and they even followed up a few days later to ensure their work.

I had an unfortunate night when my Jeep broke down on I70. This shop was the best help I could have received. They are so friendly, willing to help, honest and they really seem to want to provide assistance and information. They come highly recommended from me and that's saying a lot!!! I'm glad there are repair shops like this out there!! Thank you so much Jeff!

Great service and great people. I ordered new tires off Tire Rack and had them sent here to be installed. Great overall experience. I'll definitely be coming back here for my other auto needs.

I bought snow tires and had them installed at Leadfoot Linda's. Great service and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Free shuttle was convenient as well. I thought the pricing was very fair.

Excellent customer service again! Shuttle is great so you don't have to rely on a friend and don't have to wait at the shop.

Thank you for replacing a fuse for the inside lights!! Everyone was really nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to watch and learned how to do it myself next time. I live in vail and will definitely be back if I need anything fixed in the future. Highly recommend.

I was traveling through Colorado pulling a car trailer when I had the unfortunate luck of having a wheel bearing go bad. A quick google search led me to Leadfoot Linda's. Although it was almost closing time for them, Jeff advised me he would do what he could to get me back on the road. The guys proceded to stay late that night to identify the problem and they also provided the parking overnight necessary for the trailer. The next morning they were all over the repair and got me back on the road in no time. I have had many experiences regarding vehicle repair and I must say this is among the best customer service I have received in ages. I travel regularly across Colorado and am now thankful to have found someone to depend on in case I ever need them in the future.

Just a little shout-out and THANK YOU to the fine folks at Leadfoot Linda's. My girlfriend and I were in Vail for her birthday, visiting from Kansas City on the week of the Fourth of July. We drove her 2013 Ford Edge Sport, which did great all the way there. But when we pulled into the parking garage at the condo we rented on Sunday evening, the brakes suddenly were really hard to push. I did some research, and figured it was probably a known issue with these cars, a failed brake booster. We hadn't planned on doing much driving while in Vail, but we knew we had to get this problem solved before driving back through the mountains on Friday morning to come back home. I called the nearest Ford dealership and they weren't going to be able to look at it until Friday afternoon! When I asked them if this could be fixed by an independent shop just as well, they referred us to Leadfoot Linda's. I called them and brought the car to them on Monday morning. Kenny, "Leadfoot Linda's" son, brought us and our dog back to our condo in his car. The crew at Linda's were incredibly professional, but even more important to us, good people. Even with the 4th holiday happening in the middle of the week, they were able to get the part and get it swapped out by Thursday afternoon. Kenny even came and picked me up at the condo so I didn't have to find a ride to retrieve our car. I HIGHLY recommend Leadfoot Linda's for any service you may need while in Vail. The name threw me at first. I expected it to be some fly by night operation. But I did a little research online and the reviews were sparkling. Add mine to the list! Great folks, nice facility, and stellar work. I wish I had a Leadfoot Linda's near my house in Kansas City! Top notch.
